Fave bronzer

I love bronzers and have many of them. I own high end and drugstore bronzers, but this Physicians Formula butter bronzer is my fave!

I have hit pan! This bronzer is beautiful!!! It blends well, it doesn’t look muddy, and it smells like coconut. The packaging is cute and travel friendly.

Claims: “Physician’s Formula Murumuru Butter Bronzer is a luxurious bronzer that delivers a radiant Brazilian tan glow. Moisturizing ultra-refined pearls and soft pigments that smooth skin texture, brighten skin tone and deliver a beautiful bronze finish.

I agree 100% I love it and I honestly can’t be without it. I’m super excited to try their blushes and highlighter they came out with.

This retails for $8.99 at my local Target and $11.40 at my local CVS.

Pür cosmetics Face Palette

About a month ago I went to Ulta, saw the Pür cosmetics face palette, swatched it, and immediately I knew I was purchasing it. The shadows felt silky, buttery and they were so pigmented, so I sold! I purchased the palette and that was that.

I got home and set it on my dresser. I was just waiting to swatch it and play with it so that I can give a short review on Instagram. Well over the weekend, I opened it and I was so impressed! This palette was designed to be used forever! It is a z-palette so if you hit pan, you can replace or add more shadows or any pans for that matter. It also has a nice size mirror that can stand which is so convenient for traveling.

This palette has 12 shadows, one highlighter and one bronzer. It’s cruelty free, and talc free. It is crease resistant, blends beautifully and it’s super pigmented. You can purchase it at Ulta, Kohl’s or on their website for $42.

I am so happy I bought this palette! Not only do I love it, but I got my monies worth.

My fave contouring palette

So lately I’m just loving Tarte Cosmetics! Recently I purchased the Park Ave Princess contouring palette and immediately fell in love with it.

It retails for $46 on their website, it is Amazonian clay-infused and it has 6 bronzing and highlighting powders. It smells like chocolate and the packaging is to die for!

It is oil-free, dermatologist tested and long lasting. It gives the perfect bronze color/glow and it suits all skin tones.

  • Halo
  • Enhance
  • Carat
  • Princess Cut
  • Angle
  • Crown

I have been using this palette everyday since I purchased it. I love that the powders are blendedable and look beautiful on my skin. It doesn’t look orange or muddy like some other contouring palettes have looked on me.

I love this palette and its luxurious packaging, I believe it’s worth every penny and I will repurchase.

Review of Ittsē Cosmetics

I came across Ittsē Cosmetics brand on Instagram. I was impressed immediately since they are cruelty free.

I visited their website and was so pleased with their unique range of shades! I got a pop up of 20% of my first order and decided to purchase the Spring Palette.

These are the shadows. How cute is this packaging!? So the shadows came like this, but I did receive a z-palette which is neat cause I can arrange them anyway I like.

Here is the palette put together also it has a nice size mirror.

You can create your own palette, buy a quad, or single shadows. The shadows are matte, metallic and pearl. These shadows are crease resistant and long lasting. They have a smooth velvety feel to them.

The Quads retail at $36, single shadows at $9 and the z-palette at $24.

Last but not least! They have a great rewards program. You get points by creating an account, purchasing, social media and some other ways. Best part is that you use your points to get money off your Ittsē products!

I have to say I was really pleased with my palette and not to mention how fast it was delivered. It won’t be my last palette.

Here’s a picture of me using the shade “The Castro”.

Dose of Colors

Dose of Colors was launched in May of 2013 by Anna Petrosian. I did not noticed the brand till 2015 when I came across it on Instagram. The products where sold online only so for whatever reason I never ordered any of the products.

In the winter of 2017 Dose of Colors launched at Ulta which I still did not buy any of their products. Fast forward to early 2018 I went to ULTA and saw the Blushing Berries palette, I swatched it and was immediately in Love!!! Not only were the colors BEAUTIFUL, but the formula was buttery smooth, like a velvety texture, like a dream, I mean I don’t know how else to describe it, but it felt like no other texture I’ve felt before. The palette has five shades and it retails at $32 which is worth every penny, just saying.

These swatches don’t do any justice, but here it goes. You would need to try and see for yourself.

I loved the Blushing Berries palette so much that the very next day I went and picked up the Baked Browns Palette. It has five shades as well and it also retails at $32.

These shadows are very pigmented, blend like a dream, packaging is chic and pretty. Very compact for traveling. They do come with a brush as well.

There are two other palettes to this collection which are the Marvelous Mauves and the Sassy Siennas. Which soon I will be adding to my collection.

I have not tried their lip products, but I am sure I will love them! I am very pleased with these two palettes and I am looking forward to trying their brushes as well.

P.S They have a Mint collection which are 40% off right now.

Day/Night Skin Care Routine

I have never been into a skin care regime, but the last two years I been skin care obsessed! As I get older, my pores get larger (at least that’s what I think) I have oily skin which doesn’t help. So three weeks ago I bought the Mario Badescu set for oily skin and I already see a Huge difference!

I cleanse my face with the gel cleanser then I use the toner and use the spray as a moisturize. The mask I use two to three times a week. I have been doing this faithfully day and night. Consistency is the key as well. I have tried and bought many products, but never been consistent. I decided that I would use these products and give them a real shot and I’m glad I did!

I also use the hydroxatone exfoliater once or twice a week. The combination of these products have made a huge difference in my texture and pores. Honestly you barely can tell I have large pores.

  • Enzyme Cleasing Gel $24 16oz
  • Glycolic Grapefruit Cleansing Toner $18
  • Facial Spray with aloe, cucumber and green tea $12
  • Drying Mask $18
  • Hydroxatone Microdermabrassion $29

Dupe For Modern Renaissance Palette by ABH

So when ABH came out with the Modern Renaissance Palette I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it! First cause I know her products are good and second cause of the selection of colors! Another reason why I knew it was a must have is cause it had all the shades I need for a look. It has the transitioning shade, crease shade, brow bone and outer v shades. Sometimes I have to use two palettes to create a look not with this palette. Shades are very pigmented and blend beautifully. Package is Beautiful and it comes with a brush, price $42.

A dupe for the Modern Renaissance Palette in my opinion, I believe is the Rose In The Air Palette by Wet n Wild. It’s $4.99 at my local CVS. Colors very similar to the Modern Renaissance. This palette is very pigmented and shadows blend smoothly! Packaging is very compact and easy to travel with. I reach for this palette often.

I love both palettes! I can create a look with either palette without needing a second palette. To travel I prefer to take the Wet n Wild as it is compact and also easier to replace if anything happens.

It’s so great to have a drug store brand like Wet n Wild make such great quality products for such an affordable price.
